Being unable to undertake many of my usual types of photography I looked to what I might do in my small still-life studio during the pandemic period.
I have always loved the discipline of still-life. It can look deceptively easy but it’s sometimes quite tricky and needs patience to get the small details right.
My initial inspiration was Cherry's organic garden where the combination of elements produce crops which with the addition of heat and fire are able to sustain us. My objective is to add the element of light so that they might be also visually appreciated.
