Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, commonly referred to as Le Touquet, is a commune near Étaples, in the Pas-de-Calais department in northern France. A small town with a population of 50,355 welcomes up to 250,000 people during the summer. Originally an area of wild sand dunes and forest – part of a hunting estate, it became known as "Paris by the sea" and developed a reputation as the most elegant holiday resort of northern France, the playground of the Paris and Lille bourgeoisie.
I had three days based in Le Touquet with two amazing models, 'BOou' and 'Alexandra Frances McCue' working to Fashion/Swimsuit levels in the Dunes, the Beaches and the Boardwalks of the coastline around the town.
Did the Olympus EM1.2 cope with the high dynamic range on the beach in high sun and at sunset? Hell yes! And the 45mm and 25mm f1.2's are just the sharpest glass.
